On September 12, 2008, lawyer Alysson H. Oikawa will give a lecture in the Specialization Course Lato Sensu on Intangible Property offered by the Superior Lawyering School of the Brazilian Bar Association Section for the State of São Paulo (OAB-SP).

The lecture will address the following topics: “Conflicts between domain names and other distinctive signs” and “The protection of the distinctive signs of sports entities.”
