Areas of Practice:

Jiuliano practices Intellectual Property counseling and prosecution, focusing on the areas of trademark law, copyright, licensing, unfair competition, and enforcement against counterfeiting. He also advises on privacy and data protection, as well as litigates a wide variety of matters relating to international portfolios of major corporations, including several Fortune 500 companies inserted in various industries such as entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive, clothing, sports, and cosmetics. In addition, he negotiates and drafts IP agreements such as assignment, confidentiality, coexistence and licensing.
