Pelo oitavo ano consecutivo, o German Desk de Bhering Advogados foi reconhecido pelo recém-lançado Chambers and Partners Global 2020, nas edições brasileira e alemã.

De acordo com a edição brasileira, “the firm boasts a dedicated German desk that is well equipped to assist German-speaking clients with intellectual property mandates”

A edição alemã destaca que a German Desk “has several dual-qualified lawyers” e “acts for a number of German clients from the automotive and pharmaceutical industries on patent infringement and trade mark nullity actions” e que “also advises German companies on trade mark enforcement and portfolio management.”

Philippe Bhering, que está a frente do German Desk do escritório, foi reconhecido pelo oitavo ano consecutivo como Foreign Expert para a Alemanha. Segundo a publicação, “He is an excellent lawyer and very flexible. Apart from this, his German is excellent”.
