From September 15 to 18, 2015, MARQUES promotes its 29th Annual Conference in Vienna, Austria. Bhering Advogados will be represented at this important event by Philippe Bhering.

The theme of the MARQUES 29th Annual Conference is “Mind the Brand! Psychology of Brands”. For its 29th Annual Conference, lecturers will discuss issues of interest to brand owners, including the impact of social media and the expansion of domain names, new protection strategies and combat against piracy, as well as the latest developments regarding the use of trademarks by third parties. There will also be workshop and updates on practical cases by international entities as WIPO, IHMI and CJEU.
