Two hundred tons of counterfeit toys were destroyed in São Paulo last August 28, 2019, following a complaint by Bhering Advogados earlier this year.

The investigations started in February and came to fruition last week, with the destruction of the counterfeit toys, which were not only an infringement of Industrial Property rights but also a public health concern.

Our Anti-Counterfeiting Department works closely with the police and government officials in São Paulo to stay on top of the commerce of counterfeit goods.
