Partner Clarisse De La Cerda was interviewed by Jornal da Justiça, from TV Justiça, to explain the Regulation on Dosimetry and Application of Administrative Sanctions, which was approved by the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency (ANPD) on February 27, 2023.

Clarisse states that there are degrees of infraction and mitigating or aggravating factors for the application of the correct sanctions for each case. In addition, Mrs. De La Cerda recalls that the main goal of the ANPD is to make companies and the population aware of the importance of data protection.
