By unanimous decision, the 3rd Panel of the Superior Court of Justice established that Nestlé is allowed to use trademark “Moça Fiesta” to identify products relating to sweets and toppings.

The decision, which is final and unappellable, was held in a lawsuit by Nestlé against the Brazilian Trademark and Patent Office (INPI) and against company Agrícola Fraiburgo, owner of trademark Fiesta Bebida.
