From September 17 to 20, 2019, the Association of European Trade Mark Owners (MARQUES) promotes its 33rd Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland.

Bhering Advogados will be represented at this important event by Philippe Bhering, who is an elected member of MARQUES’ Anti-Counterfeiting and Parallel Trade Team.

The theme of this year’s Conference is “Brands Confronting Change”. Lecturers will discuss issues of interest to trademark owners, such as Impact of Global Developments in IP and Damages in Trademark Infringement Cases, among others.

MARQUES was founded in 1987 and represents the interests of trademark owners before the relevant European Union and other international bodies in all relevant areas.
