From September 20 to 23, 2022, the Association of European Trade Mark Owners (MARQUES) promotes its 36th Annual Conference in Madrid, Spain.

Bhering Advogados will be represented at this important event by partner Philippe Bhering, who is an elected member of MARQUES’ Anti-Counterfeiting and Parallel Trade Team.

The theme of this year’s conference is “How Sustainability and New Technologies Will Shape the Future of Brands”. Lecturers will discuss issues of interest to trademark owners, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain, among others.

MARQUES was founded in 1987 and represents the interests of trademark owners before the relevant European Union and other international bodies in all relevant areas.
