Felipe has five years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property, advising national and international clients on the drafting of contracts, negotiations and legal opinions on complex issues involving software, trademarks and copyright. In addition, Felipe acts in the management of trademark portfolios, conducting feasibility studies, procedural monitoring, administrative litigation and strategic opinions with the scope of obtaining / maintaining trademark rights or cessation of potential infringements of intellectual property rights or acts of unfair competition .
