She has worked with compliance, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as negotiating large commercial and international transactions involving research, technology transfer, licensing, distribution, supply and franchising, drafting software usage policies for specific platforms, e-commerce platform enabling documents, complex engineering, etc., with a focus on structuring and drafting highly complex contracts, in particular intellectual property and R&D (research and development) contracts.
